Our website accepts online payments by bank card, including Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) via the secure payment platform of CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire).

Upon confirming your order, you will be redirected to the CMI secure payment platform. The process is as follows:

• Validation of your order on our website.
• Redirection to the CMI secure payment page.
• Entry of your banking details on the CMI platform.
• Confirmation or rejection of the transaction by your bank.
• Return to our website with display of the transaction result.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the payment is accepted.

Prices displayed on our website are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes. The amount charged to your bank card corresponds to the total amount indicated at the time of order confirmation. No additional fees will be applied by our establishment.

In the event of a refusal by your bank or a failed transaction for any reason, your order will not be validated and no amount will be charged to you. You will be informed of the transaction result in real time.

In the event of repeated failures, we invite you to contact your bank or use a different payment method.

All sales made on our website are final. No cancellation, order modification, or refund will be accepted after payment has been validated. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and accept it without reservation.

Personal information collected during an online payment is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your order. It is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

In accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the data held about you.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
